Make Bigger Boobs Like These

This is a very perplexing question.  Does one really want to make boobs bigger?  Why would one want to make bigger boobs (in other words, make bigger breasts)?  Do bigger boobs serve any function?  Bigger shock absorbers in case of head on crashes in vehicles?  More milk?  Better looks?  Attracts more men?  Oftentimes the ladies’ need to fulfil the wants and desires of society is so strong that they end up believing that the need and desire actually originates from themselves.  However if the ladies know that they want to make their boobs bigger (in more cultured terms, have a breast enlargement) because they feel better about their image, then it is a definite and acceptable reason. 

So, how to make boobs bigger?  There are several ways:

1. Eat more.  When a lady puts on weight, the extra fat is deposited everywhere, including the breasts.
2. Exercise more.  Special breast enlargement exercises: Chin ups, pec-deck flys, any exercise that is designed to strengthen and increase the bulk of the anterior chest wall muscles will cause the breasts to be pushed outwards and appear bigger and firmer.
3. Natural Hormones.  There are naturally-occurring hormones (called phytoestrogens) in plants such as soybean, legumes, chickpeas, flax, lentils and clover that attach onto the estrogen receptors in the breast, and stimulate the growth of breast tissue.  Nowadays they come in pill forms for easier consumption.
4. Artificial Hormones.  These are chemically synthesised estrogenic hormones in both pill and cream forms that will stimulate proliferation of breast tissue.

5. Props.  The WunderBra does wonders, as its name suggests.  These bras push the breasts inwards and upwards to form a deep cleft in between the breasts, making the woman feel more well-endowed.  There are other bras in the market designed to do the same, and they work pretty well for that evening out when one has to wear a low-cut dress, and does not feel she has the breast volume to show off.  If these are not available, silicon pads (often called chicken fillets) can be used, placed between the underside of the breasts and a normal 1/4 or 1/2cup bra.  In the absense of these props, tissue paper or cotton wool has been used to create a similar effect.
6. Suction devices.  Suction of a cup on the entire breast will cause fluid to ooze into the breast tissues, and create a larger more swollen breast.  Do this often enough and long enough and the swelling tends to become permanent as the body reacts to the persistent swelling of the tissues.  One drawback of these devices is that the ultimate size of the breasts is not predictable and is often smaller than expected.  The Bravura is an example of a suction device.
7. Surgery.  Briefly, of two major types.  
a) By injection of thick liquids into the breast tissue to enlarge the size.  The nature of the liquid is very important.  Once upon a time liquid silicon was used because it was thought to be an inert harmless substance.  It has since been proven that this substance causes a lot of harm in the form of embolism into the tissues elsewhere in the body, bad scarring and strange autoimmune reactions in the rest of the body such as joint swellings and pains.  Other liquids proven to be harmless do not seem to be as effective or as long-lasting.  Examples are saline, and hyaluronic acid.
b) By insertion of a prosthesis into the breast tissue to enlarge the volume.  This is the typical augmentation breast surgery that is said to be the most reliable method.Two major varieties of prosthesis, either saline or silicon types, with thick walls to prevent puncture are used.  Each has its advantages and a surgeon needs to be consulted for this.  The augmentation breast surgery procedure is usually done under general anesthesia.

One is thus faced with a bewildering array of devices and measures to make the boobs bigger. It is normally suggested that one takes time to examine each and every one of these measures to ensure that no disappointment results ultimately, and that the lady is fully satisfied with what she has chosen.

Always ensure you have the advice and treatment of a qualified doctor, as the world is never short of quacks who can give you cheap advice and dubious non-sterile treatment that can leave you permanently ill and looking worse than you did before treatment.

Surgical breast augmentation is of two varieties:

1.  Injection of fillers to boost the volume of your breasts.  EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.  The first few fillers were silicone based, and as we know now, this silicone causes the formation of inflammatory lumps in the breasts, some so bad that surgery is needed to remove them, and some patients even had to have their breasts removed, and if on injection the liquid silicon gets into the vessels draining the breasts and plugs into the lungs, causing a life threatening condition known as pulmonary embolism.

2.  Insertion of saline-filled or silicone-filled implants.  This is a much better option, and is the procedure of choice.  The bags are usually silicone rubber walled, tough enough to withstand considerable pressure.  Silicone-filled implants are more acceptable esthetically as they have a more natural look and feel as silicone has the same texture as natural breast tissue.  Saline implants are considered safer as there is no body reaction to the saline in the rare cases of rupture or leakage of the bag.

Generally the procedure is simple, at least in theory.  Under general or local anesthesia, an incision is made under the breast, or the armpit, or around the margin of the areola (the dark circle around your nipple) – these being the areas which produce the least visible scars.  The implant is then placed in between the breast tissue and the chest wall muscle, or under the chest wall muscle.  The operation may take between one to two hours.  You may be warded for a day or so (some centres do this on an outpatient basis, which means you go home after the surgeon is sure you have recovered from the anesthesia).  You are expected to rest for one week, after which stitches are removed.  Exercise is permissible after three weeks.  Scars that form will gradually fade off.
